Terms of use

Licence Requirement

• For economy group cars ( EBMR – EBAR – EBMD – ECMR – ECAR – ECMD – CDMR – CDAR – CDMD groups) minimum age requirement is 21 with at least two year of valid driving licence.
• For family and intermediate group cars (SDMR – SDAR – SDMD – IWMD - CWMD groups) minimum age requirement is 22 with at least two years of valid driving licence.
• For minivan and full size group cars (FDMR – FDAR – FDMD – XDMD – SVMD – PVMD groups) minimum age requirement is 24 with at least three years of valid driving licence.
• For luxury group cars (LDAD groups) minimum age requirement is 27 with at least five years of valid driving licence.

Payment

The total cost of rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car. Payments can be done by Visa, Master Card or in cash.

If you pay cash also you need your credit card just for security.

Delivery and Pick Up

We meet all our customers at the airport in front of the arrival hall with their name on a sign and then we delivery the cars at the car park areas. When they return back, they can delivery the cars in front of the departures gates.

Tank Policy

Full tank is not a must. Driver returns the tank with the pick-up level.

Insurance

All cars have standart insurance. Standart insurance is included Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection. This insurance is included on rental rates.

All cars have excess between 250 Eur and 2500 Eur but if the customers want to protect theirself, they can buy Super Excess Cover Insurance.

Also Tires ,Windscreen and Headlights Protection is not included on rental rates if the customers want to protect theirself, they can buy Tires ,Windscreen and Headlights Protection Insurance.

Accident Procedure

All our customers have to take police reports when they have traffic accident or they have any streches or unknown damages on their cars. Other wise we have to charge from customers.

The rental vehicle must never be removed from the place of accident until police report has been completed.

Also they have to call us to give informations.

Not Included in the Rates

Tires ,Windscreen and Headlights Protection is 3 Eur + Tax per a day.

Super Excess Cover Insurance is 3 Eur + Tax per a day.

Navigation system is 10 Eur + Tax per a day and max cost is 100 Eur + Tax.

Mobile Wi-Fi is 10 Eur + Tax per a day and max cost is 100 Eur + Tax.

Baby seat for 1 – 4 years old is 5 Eur + Tax per a day and max cost is 50 Eur + Tax.

Snow Chains is 5 Eur + Tax per a day and max cost is 50 Eur + Tax.

Booster for 5 – 9 years old is 3 Eur + Tax per a day and max cost is 30 Eur + Tax.

HGS system for toll is 1 Eur + Tax per a day.

For EBMR – EBAR – EBMD – ECMR – ECAR – ECMD – CDMR – CDAR – CDMD groups 250 Eur + Tax,

For SDMR – SDAR – SDMD – IWMD - CWMD groups 500 Eur + Tax,

For FDMR – FDAR – FDMD – XDMD – XDAD groups 750 Eur + Tax,

For PVMD – PVAD groups 1000 Eur + Tax,

LDAD groups 2500 Eur + Tax
